For in-person clients, we'll also run a baseline movement assessment. You'll walk away with a clear roadmap and your first week of programming ready to go.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your tier at any time. Many clients start with Starter and move into Transform once they're ready for deeper nutrition support. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and upgrades can begin immediately.
Yes. The Starter and Transform tiers are fully virtual, so you can train from anywhere. Video calls, app-based programming, and messaging support keep us connected regardless of location. Elite VIP includes in-person sessions in the Newark area, though a virtual-only VIP arrangement can be made on request.
